Hi Terry,
Thanks for the information, I now understand what is the final format. You have my permission for the students to use the image in the educational brochure. Please use the large detail image from my web site (click on the
thumbnail in the search results or light box).
If making a hard copy such as a hard copy print please provide a photo credit in the credit section of the brochure as: " Bacteria images Copyright Dennis Kunkel Microscopy, Inc. (__www.denniskunkel.com__)"
Thank you for your nice comments on my images. I do enjoy working with biology and have been a researcher for the past 32 years. The microscopy is the fun part to understanding the biology.

Dear Dennis,
The brochure will be printed for class use only. The website is just a resource tool for students to have access to unit materials 24/7 :-). The only person with access to the brochure is the student (author) and teacher (evaluator).
You probably already know this, but your site is the BEST for pathogen pictures.
Thanks for considering this request.

Dear Terry,
Thank you for writing. May I ask you further questions about the student
usage:
1. Will the brochure placed on the web site that you listed?
2. Or will the brochure be printed for class use?
3. Who will have access to the brochure?
Once I have additional information I can determine what type of permission I can give.
Regards, Dennis
